To all Ministries, Organizations, Associations and Parishioners using the facilities of St George Greek Orthodox Church:

Over the past several years we have attempted to streamline and account for the use of our facilities to avoid conflicts of meetings and events taking place at the same time by the Saint George Parish Family. On occasion we have had more than four groups and ministries scrambling for meeting/event space.

Beginning immediately, ALL ministries, organizations, associations and parishioners intending to use any part or portion of our facilities must fill out a Facilities Use Request Form and return to our Church Secretary, Lina Ifantis, or our Parishioner Services Coordinator, Sasha Vithoulkas. Once approved, the meeting or event will be included into our Google Based Master Calendar.

We VERY STRONGLY ADVISE all ministries, organizations, and associations to submit your meeting/event requests now.

The Master Calendar is available for your planning purposes on our website and will provides to date information on facilities usage and availability. The Facilities Use Request Form is also available on the website.

Our aim is to increase the harmony and cooperation of all the members of our Saint George Family.
